Shipping:
I strive to mail all orders within 48 hours. I will keep you informed of the process, the entire time, especially if the order incurs any delays. Orders shipped in Japan will be sent via the local postal service. A flat fee of $8.95 will be added to your order.
If your package does not arrive on time, just give me a call or email me and I will track your package for you. Have your name, address and confirmation number on hand when you or email the information to me at: cheri@creativemomtoys.com. I will track your package and contact you with the details.
If ordering in the US, orders are shipped UPS Priority. If ordering from elsewhere in the world, orders will be shipped USPS Priority depending upon availability of merchandise and in-house stock.
I offer a full 30-day guarantee on all products that you purchase from me. If you are dissatisfied with any item, just return the product in its original packaging and I will refund the item (excluding postage). Should you receive an item that is damaged in any way, please contact me as soon as possible so that we’re able to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates:
I am offering a flat fee for orders out of the US ($5.95), Free shipping for any order over the amount of $50. However, some of the larger bulkier items may incur additional shipping charges. These items will be specified under their product descriptions.
Residents residing in the State of Washington will have an 8.8% sales tax automatically added to their order. Customers ordering from overseas; (outside of the United States), the total sales price listed is reflective of shipping, ocean freight, Japanese customs duties and consumption tax on all materials imported into Japan.
Gift Wrap and mailing to different address:
Yes, I will gift wrap and mail your item to the recipient along with a card and message from you. Please specify this on the order form during checkout. This service requires an additional fee of $3.00.
